Founder
Micah and his crews are amongst the most experienced in the industry. Micah’s first job was painting a warehouse in Avondale when he was 14 years old, and he has been painting ever since. Since starting Lighthouse Painting Co., he has served hundreds of clients in the Birmingham area and maintains a 5 star rating. Micah and his crews look forward to delivering a top quality job for you. Micah married his wife Bailey in 2016. They are proud parents of Walter and Leo. Micah graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing golf

Project ManagerWill Adkins brings more than 25 years of experience in the paint and coatings industry, with a foundation built early in life. Growing up in Odenville, Alabama, he learned the value of hard work and craftsmanship by helping his father, a local paint contractor. That hands-on experience sparked a lifelong passion for the trade and a commitment to doing things the right way. Will began his professional career at Sherwin-Williams in 1998, where he gained valuable insight into the retail side of the business. He later took on a leadership role at ICI Dulux as a store manager. From there, he spent 17 years with Pierce Taber, a Benjamin Moore retailer, where he developed strong relationships with contractors and homeowners alike. His most recent role before Lighthouse Painting was with Preserve Paints—also a Benjamin Moore retailer—furthering his deep understanding of coatings, color, and client service. In March 2025, Will brought his knowledge and leadership to Lighthouse Painting Co. as Project Manager. Since 2008, Will has called Trussville home. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction. He values teamwork, clear communication, and building lasting relationships with both clients and crew members. Outside of work, Will is a devoted family man. He and his wife Libby have been married for 25 years, and together they’ve raised three children: Chloé, Asheton, and Lyllah. He enjoys spending quality time with them any chance he gets. He also likes to stay active, especially doing yard work, grilling out, and enjoying the outdoors. A lifelong football fan, Will proudly supports Alabama and Penn State—Roll Tide and We Are!—and is a dedicated San Francisco 49ers fan. Will’s blend of industry expertise, strong leadership, and personal integrity make him a key part of the Lighthouse Painting team.
